Thursday, October 7 – Praying the Examen

Join the Ecumenical Chaplaincy at the University of Toronto for this short online evening contemplative prayer. This is an opportunity to sit in silence before God at the end of the day, to review our day, and to notice where we felt the most and the least alive/joyful/loving/connected. We will pray in silence together, but there will be an opportunity to share at the end, if you are comfortable. For more information and to get the zoom link, go to Eventbrite here.
